The profound insights that can arise from these practices may present unique psychological challenges. With epistemic humility and sincere respect for each person's expertise in their own lived experience, I help my clients reconcile the enigmatic revelations of non-ordinary awareness with the more familiar, conventional logic of consensus reality. I offer a minimally directive, person centered, depth oriented approach to psychotherapy focused on tapping the deep reserves of ancient wisdom that dwell within each of us. I believe that applying this wisdom in our everyday lives is essential for fostering more harmonious relationships with ourselves, our families and our communities.
